Sergio Rebelo’s research focuses on macroeconomics and international finance. He has won numerous teaching awards at the Kellogg School of Management, including the Executive Masters Program Outstanding Professor Award and the Professor of the Year Award. Harry M. Kraemer, Jr. serves as an executive partner with Madison Dearborn Partners, a private equity firm based in Chicago. Previously, he was the chairman and chief executive officer of Baxter International and also worked for Bank of America and Northwest Industries.
Gregory Carpenter focuses on understanding how firms thrive by succeeding with consumers. He is currently exploring how luxury firms influence tastes through brands and how health care systems are embracing a shift from a physician-centric approach to a consumer-centric perspective.

Kellogg’s expansive program offerings allow you to build a variety of competencies that focus on practical application. More than about learning to lead, the path to becoming an Executive Scholar is about leading through learning.
Upon successful completion of the Emerging C-Suite Leaders Program, Kellogg Executive Education grants a verified digital certificate to participants. This program is graded as pass or fail; participants must receive 80 percent to pass and obtain the certificate of completion.
The program fee covers all program materials. The program fee does not include accommodations for the (optional) networking event, travel expenses (domestic, international, visa fee, and more) and other expenses not specifically mentioned in the fees.
