Beginning with Thinking Strategically in Module 1, then Innovation and Growth in Module 6, followed by building a Customer-Centric Organization in Module 10 and finally Leading Marketing in Module 14, enabling focused and practical application.
AI-enabled CMO action plan
Built throughout the learning journey, the AI-first marketing playbook enables you to design an integrated marketing model for your organization or a selected brand, moving from diagnosing your current system and defining customer strategy to designing journeys, content systems, agent-enabled workflows, measurement and governance. By the end, you will have an executive-ready blueprint to transform marketing into an AI-native operating system.
Reflective action planning
As a key component of the program, you will synthesize your playbook reflections into an action plan at the end of each program pillar.
