Program playbook Throughout the program, you will engage in structured activities that help you apply key concepts and skills directly to your role or organization. Using a playbook as your strategic journal, you will track your progress, capture reflections and shape real-world strategies. The playbook is released in four stages aligned to the program's core pillars. Beginning with Thinking Strategically in Module 1, then Innovation and Growth in Module 6, followed by building a Customer-Centric Organization in Module 10 and finally Leading Marketing in Module 14 enabling focused and practical application.
Reflective Action planning As a key component of the program, you will synthesize your playbook reflections into an action plan at the end of each program pillar. These action plans draw on your learning, the ideas you intend to implement and the critical priorities you aim to address across both short- and long-term horizons.
Capstone Presentation The program concludes with a capstone presentation that transforms your action plans into a cohesive strategic proposal, outlining the initiative’s intent, implementation plan and long-term roadmap.
