Monica Augustine is an expert in CX digital transformation with more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Her journey from India to Silicon Valley involved weathering many challenges and keeping at her dream constantly. She strongly believes that in every step of the way, everyone needs to ensure equality in the world and strive to maintain the equilibrium for a brighter future for all generations. Her experiences have paved the way for her mission in life to enable the upliftment of the company or community that she is a part of. She brings a culture of purposeful being, whether in leading transformation for the company or passionately working for her non-profit.
Karthik Chakkarapani is the chief digital and information officer for Signify Americas and has previously worked with Cisco and Salesforce. Chakkarapani brings specialized and deep knowledge in driving customer-centric digital transformation and innovation and reimagining business models to drive growth and value by leveraging new and emerging digital technologies and trends. He has spent the last two decades leading and driving digital transformation and innovation programs for large enterprises across many industries. In 2020, he was recognized by National Diversity Council for Leadership Excellence for being a strong proponent of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
