The required live online sessions and core modules cover five key areas, providing tools to shape business strategy and lead AI-driven transformations.
The capstone project is an essential component of the program, enabling you to apply learnings to real-world challenges. As part of the capstone, you will:
Refine your digital transformation vision by integrating strategies learned throughout the program
Develop and iterate on your digital playbook, using structured activities to address innovation, change management, and execution challenges
Analyze complexity in digital transformation initiatives, including technology, stakeholder habits, and organizational structures
Apply frameworks for decision making, including Make, Buy, or Ally strategies and cloud technology considerations
Craft a communication strategy to engage key stakeholders and address barriers to transformation
Your capstone will culminate in a final video presentation, where you will synthesize your learnings, present your digital transformation plan, and articulate your vision for leading change.
