Bridge Human Insight and AI Capability to Drive Impact

Artificial intelligence (AI) is fundamentally reshaping enterprise growth, competitiveness and leadership. As AI becomes deeply embedded across business functions, leadership is evolving beyond traditional oversight to become a strategic driver that integrates technology, talent and digital transformations. Senior executives must develop AI-first strategies that align with organizational priorities, generate scalable impact and create lasting value by seamlessly blending human leadership skills with AI-driven innovation.

The seven-month Senior Management Program in AI and Digital Transformation from Kellogg Executive Education equips senior leaders to develop and execute AI and digital strategies for business transformations that deliver measurable business impact. Through a comprehensive curriculum delivered via asynchronous learning, required in-person modules, live faculty engagement and peer collaboration, the program builds fluency and prepares leaders to drive scalable, sustainable digital transformation across their organizations.
