The eight-week AI-Driven Product Strategy online program from Kellogg Executive Education empowers participants to lead the entire product life cycle, from vision and discovery to go-to-market (GTM) and growth.

Today, organizations demand greater speed, precision and sharper decision making from product teams. Yet, many professionals remain caught in cycles of reactive execution, fragmented alignment and process-heavy routines. The program’s curriculum integrates artificial intelligence (AI) throughout and empowers participants to use generative AI (gen AI) tools and signature frameworks to solve product challenges, translate insights into action and lead high-stakes conversations with confidence. By the end of this AI in product strategy program, participants will be equipped to lead product development and innovation with strategic clarity and AI-driven confidence.

Gen AI in Practice: Application Across Every Module

Gen AI is integrated across the curriculum as a practical enabler to enhance workflows, improve decision making and accelerate execution. Every module includes a structured assignment that mirrors real-world product scenarios and incorporates targeted AI workflows. The following assignments are included:

  • Craft a V2MOM for your chosen product scenario and use AI to generate draft versions of product vision statements and compare vision frameworks

  • Conduct an opportunity analysis using frameworks and​ use AI to simulate customer segments, generate personas and draft opportunity hypotheses

  • Build either a product requirements document (PRD) section or an Amazon-style PR/FAQ and prompt AI for wireframe ideas or writing PR/FAQ language​

  • Create a feature-centric roadmap and then convert it into a thematic roadmap using AI 

  • Design a GTM plan and use AI to simulate onboarding copy or activation messaging​ and cowrite tactical GTM plans

  • Choose a pricing model, build a monetization strategy and run “what-if” pricing simulations using AI scenario prompts​

  • Design a growth plan and use AI to simulate product feedback loops​, draft future version summaries and identify expansion opportunities

  • Craft a communication strategy or a pitch for a tough product decision and use AI to draft and refine persuasive content and simulate responses to difficult conversations
